ABS10000/S Auto Bursting Strength Tester – 10000kPa

The ABS10000/S determines the bursting strength of woven and knitted fabrics, non-woven, paper, and board by applying a hydraulic load under a rubber diaphragm. It provides a digital readout of pressure with peak hold, renewable rubber diaphragms, automatic clamping, a clear acrylic bell, and a built-in LED lamp for easy observation during testing.

The instrument features a touch screen interface, a transparent organic protective glass cover with built-in LED illumination, and an automatic burst-sensing system. It is equipped with memory and printing functions, with optional computer software for machine control, data analysis, and test report generation.

Four test methods are supported: Extension until burst, Extension to specific pressure, Extension to specific distension, and Extension to specific time. Standard test areas are 50cm² (Φ79.8mm) and 7.3cm² (Φ30.5mm); optional 10cm² and 100cm² areas are also available. Available in ABS2000 (2000kPa), ABS6000 (6000kPa), and ABS10000 (10000kPa) models.

Three models are available: ABS2000 (up to 2000kPa), ABS6000 (up to 6000kPa), and ABS10000 (up to 10000kPa).

The measuring range goes up to 10.00 MPa (100 kg/cm²) with a minimum division of 0.001 MPa or 1 kPa. Results are displayed in kPa, kg/cm², Bar, or lb/in².

The instrument has built-in memory and printing function. Optional computer software is available for machine control, data analysis, and test report generation.
