The HFT200/S supports stepless speed regulation from 0 to 4000 mm/min and has a standard traveling length of 300 mm, which can be customized to accommodate longer test specimens. The gear drive ensures smooth and uniform motion throughout the test cycle.
The HFT200/S provides USB and Ethernet output for data saving and printing. The Ethernet port also allows the machine to be controlled remotely from a PC using VNC software on the same network — enabling easy integration into laboratory data management and quality control systems.
Unlike vertical tensile testers, the HFT200/S uses a horizontal platform where the test sample lies flat during testing. This configuration is ideal for peel testing of flat substrates such as films, tapes, and laminates where gravity-induced sample distortion must be minimised.
