LCM Lab Coating Machine – Automatic for Precision Coating

The LCM Lab Coating Machine is electronically controlled precision coating equipment for laboratory use, with an effective coating area of 370×300mm. It is designed for lab coating technique experiments and is suitable for sampling tests on natural fibre, synthetic fibre, blended fabric, nonwoven fabric, specialty paper, and artificial leather.

The entire machine is constructed from SS 304 stainless steel and is configured with a needle plate frame, coating roller, and stainless steel scraper set at a 30° angle before coating. The needle plate frame is compatible with fabric into a lab stenter. Coating parameters are adjusted by modifying the scraper's vertical position and roller position.

The coating roller measures 40mm diameter × 300mm length. Coating thickness ranges from 0–5mm with a resolution of 0.01mm. Transmission is via ball screw and imported guide rail, with an adjustable coating speed of 0–1 meter/min. The machine measures 540×650×540mm, weighs 66 kg, and runs on 220V 50Hz power.
