LP Lab Padder – Latest Technology

The LP Lab Padder is designed to match the pick-up of bulk production, providing precise pressed dyeing or resin prescription. It is used to check colour shade change and prevent it during resin finishing or heat setting processes after dyeing, as well as for application tests of water repellent, flame retarding, and other coating treatments.

The pneumatic design maintains constant nip pressure, while the left and right side pressures of the padding roller can be independently adjusted. Once the required nip pressure is set, no further readjustment is needed. Safety devices include a fabric feeder, safety rod, emergency button, and a knee pedal.

Padding rollers are made of NBR rubber (65–70° shore hardness), 130 mm diameter and 420 mm in length. The 1/4 hp motor provides a revolving speed of 0–18 rpm via variable frequency control. Two pressure gauges (0.1–0.6 MPa) and two precision regulating valves (0.1 kg/cm²) are fitted. Available in LP-V (vertical) and LP-H (horizontal) models.
