The MFT500+ Manual Wire Crimp Pull Force Tester is a unique and economic digital instrument for tension and compression testing with good stability, wide application range, and convenient manual operation for production floor and laboratory use.
It is used for wire crimp, push-pull, peeling, breaking strength, adhesion testing, peel off, compression, and tensile testing of fabric, plastic, wire, crimp, yarn, strips, and many more materials. Digital force measurement displays maximum/peak pull strength and breaking force.
With a 500N (50 kg) capacity and 0.5% F.S accuracy, the MFT500+ reads force in N, Kgf, and Lbf. Its simple hand pressure operation, compatibility with various fixtures, and compact design make it ideal for quick and reliable pull force testing per EN 60352-2.

The MFT500+ Manual Wire Crimp Pull Force Tester is used for tension and compression testing across a wide range of applications: wire crimp testing, push-pull, peeling, breaking strength, adhesion testing, peel off, compression, and tensile testing of fabric, plastic, wire, crimp, yarn, strips, and many more materials.
The MFT500+ has a maximum force capacity of 500N (equivalent to 50 kg) with an accuracy of 0.5% F.S (Full Scale). This makes it suitable for precise pull and compression force measurements across a wide variety of industrial and laboratory applications.
The MFT500+ digital force gauge displays force readings in three selectable units: N (Newtons), Kgf (kilogram-force), and Lbf (pound-force). The digital readout captures and holds the maximum/peak pull strength and breaking force for easy recording.
The standard traveling length of the MFT500+ is 200mm. An extended 400mm traveling length is available as an optional configuration for applications requiring a longer stroke, such as peel testing of longer specimens or multi-point crimp testing along wire lengths.
